Born and raised in Genoa, Italy Pasta Chef Stefano Picciocchi lived in Italy until February 2019, when he came to Clarks Summit here in North East Pennsylvania to open his restaurant sharing his passion for authentic Italian cuisine with NEPA.
Kristy Picciocchi grew up in New York and moved to Genoa after meeting Stefano living there for 13 years where she learned to cook working in the Picciocchi family food business. Also, a pasta chef Kristy mainly handles the cooking aspect of the business.
